In this role, you will be based in-person at our warehouse location in Centennial, CO.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
2–3 years of relevant work experience
Highly detail-oriented
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Suite preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on commitments
Ability to build strong professional relationships
Oracle ERP or similar inventory management system experience
Experience building reports using business analytics software

Nice To Haves

Customs experience highly preferred
Experience with government entities

Responsibilities

Provide internal stakeholders with timely, relevant information on replenishment and demand planning (e.g., past-due order status and supply plans for constrained items) by proactively publishing updates
Maintain open communication with global supply chain and external suppliers on: Forecast changes, Product launches, Obsolescence plans, Clinical study needs, Field requirements
Create and review inventory reports to identify items requiring action and mitigate inventory risk
Partner with warehouse teams to maintain appropriate product mix and inventory levels across all locations
Support CAM Import/Export regulatory processes and customs clearance
