About The Position

The Benelli USA Supply Chain team plays an important role for our organization in driving service level improvements to our customers through collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment. As the Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for building supply plans that ensure Benelli USA has adequate supply to meet demand to achieve and maintain best-in-class service levels for all brands to ensure the right product, is in the right place at the right time in the right quantities to meet organization mission. Delivering data-driven insights that improve operational efficiency, inventory performance, and working capital across the supply chain. This role bridges supply chain operations, sales planning, finance, and procurement to ensure decisions are supported by accurate analytics, supply forecasting, and inventory optimization models.

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in logistics and supply chain management, data analytics or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of dynamic and successful Supply Chain experience with strong and sustained performance, preferably in supply planning, inventory, or order management.
  • Must be proficient with ERP planning and tools.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Regular and satisfactory attendance is required.
  • Ability to travel, work flexible hours and weekends is required.
  • Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with international manufacturers and/or vendors is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics supporting inventory, stock planning
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify efficient opportunities: Monitor inventory turns, open to buy, back orders, and stock availability and positioning
  • Support the Sales & Operations Planning process
  • Analyze historical demand and forecast accuracy impacting supply planning
  • Provide scenario modeling to evaluate supply risks, demand shifts, or market disruptions
  • Develop 18-month Supply Planning Models.
  • Create and submit purchase orders.
  • Maintain critical inventory parameters for Target & Safety Stock of finished goods, while considering supply lead time, warehouse, and transportation constraints.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the monthly Demand/Supply Review meetings; act as Process Owner of this meeting to ensure the process is an integral part of the planning and control process.
  • Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory exposure
  • Support initiatives aimed at maintaining optimal stock levels for core SKUs
  • Track KPIs such as: Inventory turns, Back Order fulfillment rates, ABC inventory stocking requirements
  • Partner with: Procurement, Sales, Finance, Logistics
  • Executive performance reports
