About The Position

This role interfaces with operations, engineering, and supplier stakeholders to provide materials and components for Oracle data center passive fiber cabling. The Supplier Sourcing Program Manager leads cross line of business teams to drive competitive cost, supplier performance, and supply chain efficiencies. They will create and implement supply chain initiatives and improvements to drive efficiencies and best practices. This position requires balanced judgment and problem-solving skills in extremely complex and ambiguous situations, fostering an environment for exploration and deployment of new ideas. The role involves mentoring and providing leadership to other colleagues, setting an example of agility and adaptability, and building constructive stakeholder relationships through direct interaction and influence with different Oracle lines of business and suppliers. The individual will act as the primary interface in managing supplier relationships. This is a leading contributor role, both individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring. The ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is crucial, as the work is non-routine and very complex, requiring advanced technical/business skills in the area of specialization.
