About The Position

Greenfield is looking for a Supplier Quality Manager to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Vice-President of Quality, the Supplier Quality Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Greenfield Global’s Supplier Quality Management Program. This role ensures the program operates in compliance with applicable standards, including ISO 9001 and IPEC-PQG GMP requirements, and ensures suppliers meet defined quality, regulatory, and customer expectations. The position plays a key leadership role in building strategic supplier relationships, strengthening supply chain resilience, and advancing a risk-based supplier quality strategy across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 7+ years in Quality or Supplier Quality within a GMP/ISO regulated environment
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IPEC-PQG GMP, EXCiPACT, and supplier quality management requirements
  • Experience with supplier audits, supplier development, and QMS integration

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute supplier quality strategy aligned to business objectives and global quality standards
  • Lead supplier qualification, audits (internal, second and third party), and performance monitoring programs
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supplier Quality Management during second- and third-party audits
  • Establish and manage the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) program, including issuance, tracking, and effectiveness verification
  • Design, support, and implement second source strategies aligned with corporate supply chain resilience initiatives
  • Establish strategic supplier relationships and facilitate regular performance and business reviews
  • Maintain Supplier Quality Agreements (SQAs), ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and compliance expectations
  • Drive supplier quality improvements through root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure supplier change control processes are effectively managed and risks are assessed through formal Management of Change (MoC)
  • Ensure supplier compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements, including ISO 9001, IPEC-PQG GMP, EXCiPACT, and customer-specific requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, QA, QC, Operations, and Technical Services to drive alignment and execution
