About The Position

This role involves performing audits at client supplier manufacturing sites using Pro QC checklists. The auditor will identify risks and potential issues through process audits, classify findings against ISO 9001 requirements, and communicate these findings to the audit team, issuing a report by the due date. This is a 1099 contract role with a current project duration of 2 man-days, with potential for variation based on client needs and site availability. The current project is on a regular day shift, but contractor schedules may vary.

Requirements

• Experience in other critical areas, such as the Berry Amendment, DNAD approvals, and verifying the origin of the textiles/metals requested by the client
• Specialized knowledge of U.S. defense procurement compliance, material origin verification, and component traceability down to the raw material level.
• Require a manufacturing and operations backgrounds: Manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, electronics, metal fabrication, plastics, etc.)
• Must be able to travel to Monticello, Iowa 52310 and nearby areas
