A SQAR (Supplier Quality Assurance Representative) ensures that the quality of RTX suppliers, products and processes are compliant with internal and regulatory standards through their approved Quality Management System. We are looking for a passionate and rigorous quality assurance representative, ready to play a key role and contribute to the performance and reliability of our aerospace supply chain. Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years experience in quality.
Field of study: Quality Assurance is ideal
Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
Focus on processes and results;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Autonomy, perseverance and versatility, in addition to a strong business sense;
Sense of ethics and respect;

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Nice To Haves

Completed Lead Auditor course/ QMS auditor certification (ISO9000-based standard: ISO9000, TS16949, AS9100, etc.)
Problem solving skills such as 6sigma, 8D and/or Red-X.
Fluency in French;
Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities;
Project management skills;
Knowledge of the aerospace industry;
Knowledge of SAP;

Responsibilities

Lead all activities related to approving new supplier’s quality management system.
Be accountable for full QMS conformity to P&WC requirements on assigned suppliers, including managing deliverables related to externalized audit services.
Conduct of Quality Assurance audits to verify compliance to P&WC requirements at assigned suppliers with regards to all types of Quality Assurance Program audits (i.e.: QSR, ESA, DQCR, CPR, ENSIP).
Manage Quality Delegation program at assigned suppliers.
Support material flow improvement actions.
Support departmental activities within Supply Chain, Engineering, and others
Act as a Technical Content Owner for assigned local quality documentation
Execute administration tasks for the department of Supplier Quality Assurance
Responsible to maintain documentation for supplier audits.
Frequent travel (approx.. 15 to 25 trips per year)
