About The Position

Keltia is a technical support services company providing Engineering Design, CAD Training along with Specialized Technical Recruiting services to mainly the aerospace and other industries in WA State, around the US, Canada and Europe. Our Client in the Los Angeles area is a leading provider of Innovative Motion Control Motor and other Electro-Mechanical Actuation Devices for the aerospace industry. Due to expansion, they are currently seeking an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer for a contract position that has the option to convert to a direct role with the company. This role is responsible to act in accordance with the policies set forth in the current procedures and manuals. Develop tools, implement designs or integrate machinery, equipment or computer technologies to ensure effective manufacturing processes. Refine product designs to increase producibility and decrease costs.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer with products used for demanding aerospace applications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge
• Candidates may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations.
