Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manages the company-wide quality/ reliability program and related business processes. Includes the definition, specification, and implementation of standards, methods and procedures for developing quality/ reliability programs.
  • Develops quality/ reliability training and courses. Monitors current training to ensure compatibility with current programs.
  • Evaluates and analyzes data to determine requirements for quality/ reliability programs
  • Manages the application of quality/ reliability activities in administrative areas with focus on consulting with operating units to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Evaluates current operations for performance against quality standards.
  • Provides inputs and recommendations for the adoption of good quality practices in engineering and manufacturing.
  • Provides leadership and support to subordinates in meeting quality assurance system requirements
  • Selects, trains, evaluates and manages employees to ensure the efficient operations of the function.
