About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Berkeley, Missouri. This role will be in support of a Proprietary Program within Phantom Works focused on Prototype, Test, and the Capability Accelerator Cell (CAC).

Requirements

• Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
• More than 3 years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity
• This position requires an active Secret U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
• U.S. Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves

• More than 5 years of experience in program management within supplier management
• More than 5 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
• More than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities
• Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases
• Conducts and guides supplier assessments
• Develops current and projected work statement
• Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
• Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders
• Develops and executes work movement plans
