About The Position

Goodness Me! is hiring a part-time Supplements Team Member for their Brantford store location. This role involves being the face of the company, ensuring excellent customer experiences by greeting, assisting, and informing customers about products and services. The position also includes maintaining store conditions, assisting with merchandise displays and inventory management, receiving and processing stock, and adhering to health, safety, and security regulations.

Requirements

Great communication skills
Enthusiasm for informing customers about products and services
The ability to analyse information to determine which product or service is most appropriate
Broad knowledge of products and natural therapies
The ability to stand for extended periods; up to 8 hours per shift
The ability to lift, move and maneuver objects up to 50 pounds
Flexibility in availability, including working evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts
Experience is an asset

Responsibilities

Make every customer experience a great one by enthusiastically greeting each customer, offering assistance, recommending appropriate products, and providing relevant information.
Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
Assist with display of merchandise.
Assist with inventory management.
Receive and process warehouse stock products.
Ensure that all health, safety, and security regulations are adhered to and required standards are met.
Other duties as assigned.
