Supplemental Instruction (SI) is an academic support service targeting historically challenging courses. SI Leaders coordinate peer-assisted sessions to help students develop a greater understanding of course material and gain a better grasp of the course itself. SI aims to integrate the 'what to learn' with the 'how to learn,' emphasizing study skills and model student behavior alongside course content. These sessions are not remedial but enhance the material covered in traditional classroom meetings.
