Supervisory Training Administrator

About The Position

This role serves as a first-level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Assessor Scenario Development Branch. The incumbent ensures that Assessor and Authority Training complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets Department of War needs. Additionally, the role serves part-time as the Deputy Command Center Director in the N/NC Joint Operations Center, providing tactical, operational, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship
Must be registered for Selective Service (for males)
Must obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance
Refrain from use of illegal drugs and submit to urinalysis testing
Sign statement acknowledging position as a Test Designated Position
One year of specialized experience at the GS-13 level or equivalent
Meet federal time-in-grade requirements for General Schedule positions
Must sign condition of employment regarding Key Position status
Must be removed from and not become a member of the Ready Reserve

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Assessor Scenario Development Branch
Ensure Assessor and Authority Training complies with legal and regulatory requirements
Exercise supervisory personnel management
Represent N/NC with a variety of functional area organizations
Serve part-time as the Deputy Command Center Director in the N/NC Joint Operations Center
Provide tactical, operational, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Perform Battle Roster functions during Exercises and Real-World events
