About The Position
Axcess Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and organized Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team as a Supervisory Nurse serving the Greenville area. If you enjoy building relationships with families, supporting caregivers, and providing quality home care, we'd love to meet you.
Requirements
- Active South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- One year of pediatric nursing experience required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing a caseload.
- Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial nursing assessments and routine supervisory visits.
- Develop and update individualized plans of care.
- Conduct new employee orientation, skills training, and required education.
- Supervise and support caregivers and nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment.
- Educate clients, families, and employees on care needs and best practices.
- Communicate with case managers and the interdisciplinary team.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with Medicaid and company standards.
- Monitor the quality of services being provided and work closely with employees and families to ensure Axcess continues delivering exceptional care and customer service.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
