Requirements

BS degree in civil or environmental engineering
10+ years of relevant work experience
Excellent technical writing skills; including conveying technical ideas to a non-technical audience
Professionalism, leadership, and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work independently and in teams
Eligible to work in the United States
Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record acceptable to our insurer
Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Professional engineering registration
Technical expertise in one or more of these areas: utility planning, design, and construction (water, wastewater, reclaimed water), stormwater, environmental investigation and remediation, landfill permitting, design, and construction
Experience managing projects of all sizes (up to $1 million fee)
Experience managing a team and developing staff resources

Responsibilities

Lead a team of project managers and engineers for various municipal, tribal and private clients.
Apply technical expertise and knowledge to design, implement, and evaluate solutions.
Supervise and mentor junior staff.
Prepare and review technical reports and proposals.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
