About The Position

Assess patient health problems, needs and functions as patient advocate, work closely with other health professionals. May advise patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, case management, develop, implement and carry out nurse care plans and maintain medical records. This is a licensing position adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act. This position is a full-time grant funded position and is contingent upon renewal of the grant.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license free of occupational restrictions
• Must be insurable with the Nation's insurance carrier
• Two years' nursing experience in a hospital, clinic or acute care facility
• One year of previous Supervisory Experience
• Current RN license
• Valid BCLS/BLS
• Associate degree in Nursing
