Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team to ensure daily cleaning and facility service tasks are completed efficiently
Conduct quality inspections and final walk-throughs to ensure work meets company standards
Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve success
Manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste
Monitor labor hours and help meet budget goals
Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
Hold daily team huddles and participate in weekly meetings with management
Ensure staff have the tools and supplies needed before each shift
Communicate schedule updates, policy changes, and important information to team members
Help identify and develop future leaders within the team
Participate in facility cleaning and operational tasks as needed
