Responsibilities
- Work closely with your Manager to ensure service excellence and a positive employee experience.
- Promote a culture that ensures physical and psychological safety for all.
- Listen and be helpful to first-line staff who are accountable for planned service delivery.
- Facilitate the continuous development of your team and support them in the discovery and utilization of their gifts.
- Welcome and engage all employees.
