Temporary Drive Up & Go Supervisor

As a Drive Up & Go Manager, you’ll guide our in‑store online grocery operations and help create a seamless, accurate, and customer‑focused digital shopping experience. This is a fully in‑store, onsite position based inside our retail grocery location.
Requirements
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Customer‑first mindset.
- Basic computer skills; food safety knowledge preferred.
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs; HS diploma/GED.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach 10–30 associates.
- Oversee picking, packing, staging, and handoff.
- Ensure food safety and department cleanliness.
- Monitor metrics, labor, and slot capacity.
- Resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Partner with store leadership on scheduling and training.
