About The Position

This is a temporary, fully in-store, onsite position based inside a retail grocery location. The Drive Up & Go Manager will guide in-store online grocery operations and help create a seamless, accurate, and customer-focused digital shopping experience. The role involves leading, innovating, and contributing to the growth of a company that values great service and lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

Leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail setting.
Customer‑first mindset.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.
HS diploma/GED.

Nice To Haves

Food safety knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach 10–30 associates.
Oversee picking, packing, staging, and handoff.
Ensure food safety and department cleanliness.
Monitor metrics, labor, and slot capacity.
Resolve customer issues and improve processes.
Partner with store leadership on scheduling and training.
