Part Time Seasonal Supervisor
About The Position
The Part Time Seasonal Supervisor supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides leadership and builds effective working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization. The supervisor develops relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates employee training; ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable requirements; and manages department resources for output, accuracy, and efficiency. The position also promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on involvement, communication, cooperation, and continual improvement, while supporting employee growth through development plans, orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, and coaching.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training for new and current employees.
- Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and operate in compliance with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
- Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
