About The Position
This seasonal, part-time position supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The Supervisor establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and builds productive working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training for new and current employees.
- Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
- Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.
- Implement employee personal development plans as required to support continuing professional growth.
- Ensure employees receive detailed orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
