About The Position

The Seasonal Part Time Supervisor supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and fosters productive working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency; supports employee training and development; and promotes a positive, team-oriented workplace focused on involvement, proactive communication, cooperation, and continual improvement. Employees must comply with safety policies and applicable department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

• Management experience.
