About The Position

The Midland Preload Seasonal Part Time Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel across the organization.

The supervisor supports employee development through orientation, skills and safety training, materials and information, regular evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans. The position also manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency while maintaining compliance with applicable safety policies and requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

• Management experience.

Responsibilities
