About The Position

The Amarillo Preload Seasonal Part Time Supervisor supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and fosters working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor develops relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates employee training; manages department resources for output, accuracy, and efficiency; and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, communication, cooperation, and continual improvement. The position also supports employee development through orientation, skills and safety training, materials and information, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
