About The Position

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring a motivated Supervisor to lead daily operations, support a hardworking team, and ensure top-quality service delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching others and keeping operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Stable work history
• Experience managing labor hours and inventory

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations at assigned sites
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Perform quality inspections and follow up on corrections
• Assist with cleaning tasks when needed
• Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering
• Monitor labor hours and stay within budget
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Run daily team huddles and meet weekly with the Area Manager
• Communicate updates clearly (schedules, policies, procedures)
• Identify employees ready for advancement
• Improve processes to increase efficiency
• Take ownership of results and client satisfaction
