This role involves conducting "Pre-planned" Coaching and Mentoring of GMs, AMs and crew. The Supervisor will plan on-the-job coaching objectives before each store visit using a store planning tool and provide "suggestive" on-the-job coaching of key operations and management skills. The role also includes conducting Annual Performance Appraisals and providing "positive, constructive, and actionable" feedback, along with professional development and career track mentoring to GMs and AMs. The Supervisor will also achieve Operational Excellence in all stores using a structured approach, reinforcing the execution of key company policies and standards, identifying and diagnosing operational gaps in underperforming stores, and developing formal action plans to resolve them. Coordination with field support resources (Field Trainer, Human Resources, Operations Evaluator) will be required. Financial Oversight and Review Meetings are a key part of the role, including reviewing key financial variables during store visit pre-planning, analyzing and tracking key financial/operational data, developing executive presentations to communicate trends and results, presenting weekly updates during Market Leader and GM meetings, and ensuring stores meet operating plans through P/L reviews and quarterly business reviews. The Supervisor will also take a leadership role in Market Development activities to drive AWUS growth, coordinating with the Market Leader and field support to develop market business plans, driving the development and execution of Local Store Marketing, empowering GMs to take leadership roles in executing LSM, and identifying and pursuing new AWUS growth opportunities.
