About The Position

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our community-based multidisciplinary team. This role oversees staff providing direct support and case management services to formerly homeless individuals, helping them achieve housing stability, access essential resources, and improve their overall well-being.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience in social services, behavioral health, homeless services, or related programs.
  • Strong understanding of housing programs, case management practices, and community resources.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and support staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and crisis management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Southeastern Louisiana as needed for service coordination and field support.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with homeless populations and community-based service delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support team members providing home visits, case management, and crisis intervention services for individuals transitioning from homelessness to stable housing.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with program goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized service plans to support housing stability and client self-sufficiency.
  • Oversee documentation, case files, and reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with program requirements.
  • Coordinate with community agencies, social service providers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Support staff in addressing behavioral health, substance use, and crisis-related situations.
  • Facilitate team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to ensure coordinated care and communication.
  • Promote trauma-informed care and person-centered approaches across all client interactions.
  • Assist with scheduling, field support, and operational coordination throughout Southeastern Louisiana.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
