About The Position

Nike Clearance Marketplace is seeking a Supervisor in Orlando, Florida. This is a full-time position working 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you are the face of NIKE, guiding customers and working with your team to focus on customer service. The role emphasizes teamwork, supporting bold ideas, and impacting customer experiences daily. It's about being part of the moment customers find their dream pair and embodying a 'just-do-it' attitude to be a game-changer.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
