Responsibilities

  • Inspire and empower your team to truly Host from the Heart - guiding them to radiate warmth, be fully present, take ownership of every interaction and bring intention to the smallest moments.
  • Create a space where every individual and customer feels genuinely seen, valued and cared for.
  • Drive continuous elevation to our overall customer experience to ensure the customer is at the heart of all decisions, leading a centre of innovation and experimentation.
  • Be the expert in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire the team.
  • Use your creativity to set team challenges to create an engaging interactive experience in store.
  • Track and measure sales results throughout the day, being adaptable and flexible to stay on track.
  • Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to provide the support, mentorship, coaching and guidance that the team need to truly flourish and grow in their roles.
  • Be a clear and confident communicator, comfortable with delivering feedback to your team at all levels in the moment.
  • Recognise and celebrate team achievements, and identify development opportunities in the team, feeding these observations back to your management team.
  • Cultivate an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual support.
  • Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising.
  • Effectively manage stock and work closely with the services team to ensure all policies and processes are followed to ensure a risk free environment.
  • Ensure the team are actively opting customers into our loyalty programme to build a loyal, regular customer base for the store.
