About The Position

Nike Rise Aventura is seeking a full-time Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist. This role involves working 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. As a Specialist, you will be the face of NIKE, guiding customers and focusing on customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, supporting bold ideas, and creating positive customer experiences. It's about more than just product; it's about creating iconic moments and fostering a 'just-do-it' culture.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Operating a cash register, shipping, and receiving duties, stocking products, cleaning and building visual displays with or without accommodations
