About The Position

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, you represent NIKE and help customers make informed product choices in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. You work with your team to deliver strong customer service, meet shared goals, and create welcoming, memorable customer experiences. The role also supports store operations, product presentation, and team events.

The position is full-time, 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required based on store needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to help customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Operate a cash register and perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Stock products, clean, and build visual displays.
• Attend store events and support teammates.
