About The Position

The Supervisor is responsible for delivering friendly, informative guest service while inspecting and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout assigned public areas. The role assists guests and escorts them to requested locations, while working to ensure guest satisfaction. The Supervisor also supports the Public Area Department (PAD) team by training team members, coordinating shift coverage, monitoring supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements

Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
Have basic math skills and computer literacy.
Understand and comply with company, departmental, and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet.
Be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and holidays.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Effectively communicate in English.
High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
Be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds of supplies.
Have the vision, color perception, and manual dexterity needed for the role, including operating a vacuum, cleaning supplies, and safety equipment.

Nice To Haves

One year of PAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards.
Communicate with guests and across operational departments.
Answer guest questions with an understanding of the department and property.
Monitor public areas to ensure cleanliness, service, and safety standards are met.
Train PAD Team Members on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Schedule shifts and arrange replacements for absences.
Respond to customer complaints and accommodate special requests.
Escort guests to requested locations.
Monitor and replenish cleaning product stock.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
