About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team in creating a strong customer experience and delivering desired results. You will help execute store operations, maintain a visually appealing store, and foster a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers. The position reports to the Store Manager.

You will support sales and business growth, demonstrate product knowledge and selling and operational skills, engage customers to build relationships and brand loyalty, and help ensure merchandising and operational standards are consistently met. You will complete assigned tasks, share ideas to improve the business, maintain a positive and professional attitude, perform POS transactions on designated shifts, and carry out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.

The role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and may occasionally involve travel to other store locations. Physical duties may include bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds, as needed.
