As an hourly Supervisor helping to lead our restaurant operations in PDX airport, you guide others, make good choices, and live our values every day: To connect, build, and unite, one healthy meal at a time.

Requirements

6 months of experience in a busy restaurant or operations setting.
Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Excellent time management skills.
Valid food safety (Food Worker Card) and alcohol serving (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) cards.
Ability to pass an airport background check.
Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Address issues before they escalate.
Foster honesty in all interactions.
Onboard new employees and instill company values.
Provide ongoing feedback and recognition to lift team spirit.
