About The Position

Supervisor I are reasonable to ensure that all requirements are meet to the standards of the Statement of Work. This position is responsible for the supervision and oversight of employees in the operational facility and may be responsible for the performance management, and discipline of the employees within the operational facility.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Associate degree in Business Management.
• Basic knowledge of various equipment used in accordance with the contracts PWS / SOW.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all requirements of the PWS/SOW are met.
• Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed, maintaining a clean and safe work area, ensuring all employees are trained as required.
• Verifies facility is prepared for service as required.
• May schedule and train staff are knowledgeable of the requirements and application of the PWS, SOW, and personnel policies as required.
• Monitors safety aspects relating to facility, equipment, and personnel; taking corrective educational actions as required.
• Ensures the highest level of customer service is consistently provided.
• Ensures all reports and correspondence relating to the operation are accurately prepared and submitted timely.
