About The Position

Tim Hortons is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead their team. This role involves supervising and coordinating team members during shifts, providing direction and coaching, and training staff on job duties, food safety, and company procedures. The Supervisor will also support recruitment and onboarding. Key responsibilities include ensuring product quality, maintaining stock levels, enforcing company policies, completing daily reports, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Exceptional customer service and prompt handling of customer concerns are essential. The role also requires ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards and reporting any hazards or issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
• Food Safety Certification (preferred or required)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts
• Provide direction, coaching, and ongoing feedback

• Maintain proper stock levels and assist with inventory control
