The Supervisor contributes as an integral member of the store management team by contributing to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth. This role involves creating a high energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors to other associates, supervising and providing consistent coaching on sales training processes to ensure the highest level of service and sales. The Supervisor proactively resolves consumer concerns, partners with store management on elevated issues, and participates in training new hires and current employees on company culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and store policies. They also partner with store management to set expectations, coach, and foster an environment that encourages engagement, retention, and talent, and deliver formal performance feedback. Efficient handling of cash, merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment systems), and compliance with store policies are also key. The Supervisor works with the Store Manager, Associate Manager, and Assistant Store Manager(s) to adapt business strategies to meet sales and performance goals daily, and supervises the store team in the absence of other management.
