Nice To Haves
- Front desk or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not required
- Opera Cloud experience — sets you apart from the crowd!
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and provide a smooth experience from check-in to check-out
- Handle reservations and front desk tasks quickly and accurately
- Be a helpful resource for guest questions, needs, and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure top-notch service
- Learn and use our property management and point-of-sale systems
- Follow resort policies and procedures to create a seamless guest experience
