Requirements
- Restaurant management experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supports General and Assistant Managers in their duties.
- Have full understanding of all procedures necessary to operate the restaurant on a day to day basis.
- After training, will have working knowledge of all menu items and ingredients.
- Lead shifts in the FOH and BOH.
- Learn and have working knowledge of procedures necessary to operate restaurant.
- Coach and supervise employees, making sure all steps of service are met.
- Coach and communicate with employees in a positive and professional manner.
- Must be able to perform all job descriptions and tasks assigned by management.
- Team player and helps support other staff in their duties.
- Adheres to the rules and regulations contained in the Confidential Manual of Operations.
