About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Supervisor to join their store management team. This role contributes to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence, ensuring brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The ideal candidate will embrace originality and integrity, show empathy for customers and co-workers, demonstrate courage in decision-making, and drive performance. Supervisors will support the leadership team in growing sales, coaching team members, managing daily store operations for efficiency and high standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.).
• Constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Guide and support team members through effective mentorship and leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support, assist, and coach store associates to perform their work effectively.
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs.
• Follow directives of store management.
• Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
