About The Position

New Horizon Co-op is hiring a Part-Time Supervisor at our Trader Ridge Liquor Store in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Co-op does business differently. Requirements

18 years of age or older
Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational and customer service skills
Must be responsible and possess great leadership skills
Practical working knowledge of daily retail operations
Able to work independently and in a team
Availability to work on a very flexible schedule (Evening shifts on weekdays and weekends)

Nice To Haves

Retail supervisory experience is an asset

Responsibilities

Provide an excellent customer experience
Provide supervision to Team Member in department as necessary
Process payments for customers’ transactions through the cash register
Assist with paperwork, scheduling, and other supervisory tasks to support the Team Leader
Order, receive, unpack and display merchandise as necessary
Ensure all items intended for purchase are identified and properly scanned
Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain the store standards of cleanliness
Perform additional duties as required
