About The Position

Supervisor supports and contributes to creating and maintaining the Starbucks Experience for customers through frontline/hands-on execution of daily store operations. Ensures that customers receive prompt service, quality beverages, and products. Maintains a safe, secure, clean, and comfortable store environment. Sets and communicates daily goals with store staff to meet or exceed targets. Oversees daily key performance results and operational metrics; may assist with procurement, inventory, and labor management or other tracking and reporting functions. Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • National Food Handler Card – State County City Authority (Upon hire)
  • National ServSafe Manager Certification – National Restaurant Association (Within 90 days of hire)
  • First Aid AED Certification (Within 90 days of hire)
  • 4 years of extensive retail and food service experience
  • 2 years of leadership experience including orientation, training, coaching, and scheduling
