About The Position

Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, the incumbent assists the Restaurant/Outlet Manager in implementing all established procedures for the Sunset Grill. Responsible for directing staff to create a memorable guest experience. Ensures that all set-up duties are completed in a proper and timely manner, interacts with guests and assists with all duties when needed. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
Must adhere to policies and procedures.
Requires multi-tasking with heavy emphasis on providing detailed, organized management of operational functions.
Capable of working in an atmosphere where numerous interruptions may occur.
Requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
