About The Position
We are seeking a Server to join our team at Premium Cowboys Bar & Grill. The ideal candidate will be able to interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, providing personal service and attention to detail that exceeds expectations. This role involves serving a variety of food and beverages, working collaboratively with fellow associates and other departments, and supporting the service staff by clearing tables and running food. Additionally, the server will perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned and must be knowledgeable about other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the casino.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with POS.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety.
- Guest-oriented approach.
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma preferred.
Responsibilities
