Requirements

• Strong customer service background.
• Experience in staff management.
• Familiarity with computers.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Full time positions.
• Must be available on weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Previous employment in the boating industry.
• Current CPR and basic First Aid.
• Multilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of a canoe and kayak center.
• Work with the Manager to oversee the dock staff and rental operation.
• Work on the rental dock and as a cashier.
• Prepare equipment for tours.
• Assure that rental equipment is operational and available.
• Maintain appearance of facility.
• Foster the highest level of customer service for our diverse clientele.
• Work independently, as shifts will not always overlap with Manager.
