About The Position

We are seeking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our janitorial team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of janitorial or custodial experience
- Ability to lead and supervise
- Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Must have reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- To lead and to supervise associates.
- Ensure that janitorial work and floor projects are completed within required standards.
- Employee training and counseling
- Schedule and assign daily work assignments
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and corrective action when necessary.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company policies and client expectations.
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support the operation team.
