About The Position

Sweetwater is seeking a full-time 2nd Shift Supervisor to provide leadership support for a functional area of its Distribution Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana, working alongside the Area Manager. This hands-on role involves significant interaction with team members and focuses on strengthening the team through positive engagement, training, coaching, and performance feedback. The position pays $19.00–$21.00 per hour and works Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience; at least 3 years is preferred.
• Strong history of results, such as improved efficiencies or increased production.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills.

• Thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Dependability and availability to work as needed.
• Team-player approach and positive attitude.
• Strong understanding of both inbound and outbound Distribution Center operations.
• Proven ability to coach employees at all levels, including performance reviews and discipline.

Nice To Haves

• Three years of experience in a supervisor role leading at least 10 people.
• A four-year business degree or commensurate leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational objectives by working with management to direct staff.
• Coach, engage, and support employees.
• Ensure area production standards are met.
• Assist the Area Manager by monitoring workflow and making labor adjustments.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
