About The Position
Precision Fabrics, a manufacturer of high-performance fabrics used in highly technical applications, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our weaving facility team. This position requires a hands-on leader who leads by example on the production floor. The role involves leading and supporting production employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals, monitoring daily operations, addressing production or personnel issues, and coaching, training, and developing team members. The supervisor will also ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards, and communicate effectively with management and other departments.
Requirements
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and support production employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Monitor daily operations and address production or personnel issues as they arise
- Coach, train, and develop team members to maintain strong performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
