About The Position
We are looking for Supervisors to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will supervise all services for the assigned area to ensure a high-level of guest satisfaction. Ensuring all state, local, and company policies are followed, while supporting their team. Requirements
- Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events.
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with kitchen staff and other functional areas on the timing and production of service.
- Ensures the service requirements of each stand are fulfilled.
- Effectively manages the staff to ensure all staff are properly trained before events.
- Manage inventories, order supplies, and receive orders.
- Accounts for and reconcile point-of-sale systems and revenues.
- Conducts pre-shift meetings with assigned staff to reinforce training, provides updates on procedures and practices, and receives feedback from service personnel.
- Supervise staff to ensure all team members are following laws and regulations, including following transaction policies and checking IDs for every guest.
- Ensures staff follows proper uniform policy.
- Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
- Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
- Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
