About The Position

The Supervisor of Wound Care will provide support of the continuity of care. This will include scheduling, inpatient care, outpatient ostomy clinic, and role within home care. Partners with Cary leadership to develop and provide education to staff related to wound and ostomy care. Provides complete follow-up on Cary related hospital acquired pressure injuries. The Supervisor will staff as a Wound Care Specialist as needed.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse Required
• Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse Required
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required
• 5 Years Nursing Required

Responsibilities

• Provide support of the continuity of care, including scheduling, inpatient care, outpatient ostomy clinic, and role within home care.
• Partner with Cary leadership to develop and provide education to staff related to wound and ostomy care.
• Provide complete follow-up on Cary related hospital acquired pressure injuries.
